Oriental and Pecan Pasta with Citrus Dressing

Pasta- Penne Rigate
250g
Thin Asparagus- Washed, Trimmed And Cut Into 2.5 cm Pieces
450g
Ripe Tomatoes- Deseeded and Diced
250g
Pecans- Halved
40g
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
To Taste

Major Oriental Mari Base
40ml
Soy Sauce
10ml
Toasted Sesame Oil
15ml
Fresh Orange Juice
60ml
Garlic Puree

method
1. Mix together the dressing ingredients.

2. Bring a large covered pan of boiling water to boil then add pasta. Cook as instructed on packet. Five minutes before the end of cooking time, add the asparagus. Drain, rinse under cold water, then drain well.

3. Combine the pasta, asparagus, tomatoes and pecans.

4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and toss well to coat then season with pepper.
