Chicken Breasts- Skinned and Cut into Strips

Mayonnaise
250ml
Major Oriental Mari Base
50g
Soy Sauce
25ml
Five Spice Seasoning
5ml
Chives- Chopped
1 TBS
Flaked Almonds

Mango- Peeled and Thinly Sliced

method
1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and poach the chicken for 12 – 15 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the heat, drain and cool.

2. Mix together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, Major Oriental Mari Base and the five spice seasoning, then add the chopped chives, flaked almonds and mango.

3. Toss the chicken strips into the mixture until well coated.

4. Split jacket potato and top with the chicken mix.

5. Garnish with chopped coriander and chilli flakes.
