method
1. Place chicken in a Mari – Bag, add Major Piri Piri Mari Base massage lightly. Place in fridge for minimum of 2 hours.

2. Mix the tomatoes, red onion and avocado together .

3. Mix lime juice and zest with the mayonnaise.

4. Cook the chicken on a griddle.

5. Remove and slice.

6. Top taco shells with sliced chicken, avocado salad and lettuce. Drizzle with lime mayonnaise.

7. Sprinkle with coriander.
