1. Pre-heat an oven to 180°c.
2. Cut the halloumi into 10 slices and brush with a litte Major Mediterranean Mari Base. Roast for 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl, combine the red onion, tomato, cucumber, red pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, flat leaf parsley and Major Mediterranean Mari Base.
4. Open up the bread thins. Place the salad on the bottom then top with halloumi and salsa.
