method
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add the onion, celery and garlic puree. Cook until the onion softens.

3. Pour water over Major Chicken Stock Base Powder and mix well.

4. Add the stock to the saucepan.

5. Add the Major Fajita Mari Base sweetcorn, plum tomatoes, oregano and sliced green chillies.

6. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.

7. Stir in the chicken, coriander and lime juice.

8. Stir in cornflour and simmer for a further 2 minutes.
