Major Fish Stock Base Paste
Freshly Ground White Pepper
Cornflour - Mixed with a Little Cold Water
Spring Onions - Finely Sliced
method
1. Whisk Major Chicken Stock Base Paste and Major Fish Stock Base Paste into water.
2. Add cornflour and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add rice wine, soy sauce, Major Oriental Mari Base, ginger, cornflour mix and pepper. Stir well.
4. Reduce heat to simmer.
5. Stir in crabmeat.
6. Mix the egg white and sesame oil in a bowl.
7. Slowly pour in the egg white mixture in a steady stream, stirring all the time.
8. Serve and sprinkle with sliced spring onions.
