Mushrooms - Finely Chopped

Cooked Turkey - Cut Into Strips

Spring Onions - Finely Sliced

Fresh Root Ginger - Finely Grated

Dark Soy Sauce

Coriander - Chopped

Celery - Finely Sliced

method
1. Pour boiling water over Major Turkey Stock Base Paste and mix well. 

2. Add turkey, onions, celery and peppers and simmer for 2 minutes. 

3. Add mushrooms, bamboo shoots, ginger, sherry and soy sauce. 

4. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes 
 
5. Season with pepper. 

6. Serve and sprinkle with the coriander.
