Major Lamb Stock Base Paste
40g
Onions - Finely Diced
30g
Celery - Finely Diced
30g
Pearl Barley
30g
Carrots- Finely Diced
30g
Turnips - Finely Diced
15g
Leeks - Finely Diced
15g
Cabbage - Finely Sliced
15g
Lamb - Finely Diced
30g
Parsley - Chopped
1 tsp
Black Pepper To Taste
method
1.  Add Major Lamb Stock Base Paste to water and mix well.
 
2.  Bring to the boil.  Add pearl barley and lamb and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
 
3.  Add vegetables and continue cooking until all ingredients are tender.
 
4.  Season with black pepper.  Add chopped parsley.
