Butternut Squash - Peeled, Deseeded And Diced
Major Vegetable Stock Base Powder
method
1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic puree and gently sauté until they are soft without any colour.
2. Add butternut squash and sauté for 5 minutes.
3. Whisk Major Vegetable Stock Base Powder into water.
4. Add stock to vegetables and stir.
5. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer until the butternut squash is cooked.
6. Blitz with a blender until smooth.
7. Stir in Major Fajita Mari Base, parmesan and cream.
8. Simmer for a further 2 minutes.
