Spicy Tuna Pâté
Using Major Mediterranean Mari Base

Canned Tuna in Brine
400g
Major Mediterranean Mari Base
40g
Natural Yoghurt
150g
Salad Dressing
60g
Lemon Juice
20ml
Dill - Freshly Chopped
2tsps
Lemon Slices

To Taste
method
1. Drain tuna and place in a bowl.

2. Add yoghurt, Major Mediterranean Mari Base, salad dressing and lemon juice.

3. Mash with a fork until well combined.

4. Add dill and season to taste. Mix well.

5. Spoon the mixture into 6 small ramekins and place a slice of lemon on top of each one.

6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

7. Serve with French bread and celery.
