method
1. Combine the cherry plum tomatoes, basil, mozzarella and Major Mediterranean Vegetable Stock Base Paste together.

2. Take out the puff pastry sheet and cut out 10 discs using a 7.5cm cutter, then using a 6.5cm cutter press but do not cut.

3. Divide the mixture between the discs and bake in a pre-heated oven (160°C) for 25-30 minutes.
