To Taste
method
1. Pour boiling water over Major Mediterranean Vegetable Stock Base Paste
 and mix well.

2. Put stock in a pan and stir in garlic puree, tomato puree, sugar, basil, vinegar, soy
sauce and sherry.

3. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

4. Stir in milk and season with pepper.
