Using Major Vegatable Stock Base Powder and Major Oriental Mari Base

method
1. Heat oil in a pan; sauté tomatoes, leeks and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes.

2. Whisk Major Vegetable Stock Base Powder into water and mix well.

3. Add stock and seaweed to pan and bring to a slow simmer.

4. Add the Major Oriental Mari Base, miso paste and spring onions.

5. Reduce heat to low and stir well to dissolve the miso.

6. Allow to cook for at least a further 8 minutes. Do not boil.

7. Add tofu, heat through and serve.
