method
  1. Mix the flax seed and hot water together. Leave to stand until they have formed an egg white like consistency- if it doesn't form apply a little more heat. 
  2. Combine all remaining burger patty ingredients. 
  3. Now add the flax mix- 150g or enough required to bind. Shape into 10 burgers and fry. 
  4. Mix the vegan mayonnaise with the MAJOR PIRI PIRI MARIBASE(1)
  5. Toast the bun then place on the vegan mayonnaise mix, beef tomato, lettuce and burger. Top with MAJOR PIRI PIRI MARI BASE(2) and the bun lid.
