method
1. Marinate the pork in Major Korean Mari Base(1) overnight.
2. Add a splash of olive oil to a pot and sauté the spring onion, pork and mushrooms for 5minutes.
3. Add the rice and water. Bring to the boil and cook until all of the water has been absorbed. 
4. Mix the chilli, vinegar, sugar and salt together and add to the cooked rice before chilling.
5. Form the rice into balls and chill again.
6. Roll the rice balls in flour then coat with egg then breadcrumbs.
7. Deep fry until golden brown.
8. Create a dip to serve alongside the Arancini by combining the ketchup and Major Korean Mari Base(2).
