Baby Squid - pre-prepared
750g
Carrot - thinly sliced 
200g
Sesame Oil 
20ml 
Spring Onion - thinly sliced 
135g 
Banana Shallot - thinly sliced

Green Beans - cut into diamonds 
200g
Mange Tout - sliced 
100g 
Coriander - chopped 
6g 
Red Chilli - thinly sliced

Samphire

Rice Noodles 
1.5kg 
Gluten Free Sweet Chilli Sauce 
150g 
Major Korean Mari Base 
150g 
Sesame Seeds 
(optional - as required) 
method
  1. Heat half the sesame oil in a frying pan and add carrots, beans, shallots and chilli. 
  2. Once the vegetables are slightly softened add the mange tout and spring onion.
  3. Remove from the pan when al dente.
  4.  Heat the remaing oil and flash fry the squid. Add the sweet chilli and Major Korean Mari Base 
  5.  Return the vegetables to the pan, add the samphire and mix well.
  6. Serve with hot noodles and a scattering of sesame seeds.
