Mexican Prawn Taco
Quick and delcious Taco with all the rich flavours and spice of  Mexico using Major's Fajita Mari Base

method
  1. Marinate the king prawn in Major Fajita Mari Base(1) for 2 hours.
  2. Form the salsa by combing the vegetables, Major Fajita Mari Base(2), lime juice and olive oil in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Warm the tacos slowly in a pre-heated oven at 160 °C
  4. Heat up a frying pan until smoking hot.  Add the prawns sauté for 3 minutes.
  5. Place the shredded lettuce in the middle of the taco, followed by the prawns, salsa, sour cream & coriander leaves.
  6. Serve.
