method
1. Heat up a small frying pan and add the chorizo, frying until crisp
2. Add the chorizo, coriander, apricots and Major Moroccan Mari Base (1) to the tomato chutney, mixing well.
3. Heat up another frying pan over a low heat, add the oil and chicken hotdogs.
4. Simply stir the Major Moroccan Mari Base (2) through the mayonnaise and place in a squeezy bottle.
5. Lightly toast the brioche buns.
6. Place the chorizo chutney, chicken hotdogs in the brioche. Drizzle with Major Moroccan mayo and kibbled onions and enjoy!
