Singapore Noodles with Tofu

Fine Rice Noodles - Cut Into Short Pieces

Coriander - roughly chopped

method
1. Rinse the tofu in cold water, then cut into small chunks. Pat dry with kitchen paper.

2. Heat wok, add 15ml oil, then stir fry tofu for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Drain on kitchen paper.

3. Add remaining 15ml oil to wok, then stir fry vegetables for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add the noodles.

5. Blend together the Major Bombay Mari Base and Major Mediterranean Mari Bases and soy sauce then add to wok.

6. Add a little water if desired and stir until everything is well coated.

7. Serve sprinkled with coriander and lime wedges.
