method
1. Heat tortillas as directed on packet.

2. Combine avocado dip, cream cheese and Major Fajita Mari Base (1). Blend well.

3. Spread avocado mixture evenly over each tortilla to within 1cm of the edge.

4. Mix Major Fajita Mari Base (2) with the salsa. Arrange the beef, lettuce, cheese and alfalfa sprouts over the avocado mixture. Top with the fajita and salsa mixture.

5. Bring together two sides of the tortillas and secure with toothpicks.
