Using Major Pan-Asian Vegetable Broth

Pak Choi, Sugar Snap Peas, Beansprouts, Onions, Carrots and Peppers

Major Pan-Asian Vegetable Broth
100g
Passata
200ml
Wok Oil
50ml
Mixed Herbs - Finely Chopped

method
1. Mix passata and Major Pan-Asian Vegetable Broth together. Heat in a small saucepan.

2. Heat oil in a wok.

3. Add stir fry vegetables. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

4. Add passata and noodles.

5. Serve in a china bowl.

6. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.

7. Only cook 2 portions in the wok at a time.
