method
1. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the onions.
2. Place butternut and Potato on a tray with vegetable oil and roast
3. add the MAJOR PAN ASIAN KERALAN PASTE to the onions and cook for 2 minutes
4. add the tomatoes courgettes, MAJOR VEGETABLE STOCK POWDER and water and cook out 
5. when the onion is tender add the cauliflower and butternut to the sauce add the garden peas for 5 minutes
6.add the garden peas for 5 minutes And Serve
