Oriental Mushroom with Bamboo Shoots

Stir Fry Oil

Red Sping Onions- Sliced

Green Spring Onions- Sliced

Garlic Puree

Oriental Mushrooms
150g
Portabello Mushrooms-Sliced
200g
Button Mushrooms
300g
Major Oriental Mari Base
90ml
Bamboo Shoots- Drained
120g
Soft Dark Brown Sugar
15g
Flat Leaf Parsley- Chopped
As Required
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
To Taste
method
1) Heat oil in wok until very hot.

2) Add onions and garlic puree and stir fry for 30 seconds.

3) Add mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Stir well.

4) Stir in Major Oriental Mari Base and sugar and stir well.

5) Stir fry for 4 – 5 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked. Season with pepper.

6) Serve and sprinkle with parsley.
