method
1. Mix the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.

2. In a separate bowl beat the eggs.

3. Add the melted butter, milk and Major Cherry Fruit Base and mix well.

4. Quickly stir the liquid ingredients into the dry, confining yourself to only 10-15 strokes.

5. Spoon in muffin cases and cook in a pre-heated oven 200°C, for 15-20 minutes.

6. Leave to cool.

7. To make the butter cream, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually beat in the icing sugar a spoonful at a time. Beat in Major Cherry Fruit Base.
