Major Strawberry Fruit Base

Caster Sugar

Lemon Juice

method
1. Whip the creative base at medium speed for three minutes.

2. Add sugar, lemon juice, Major Strawberry Fruit Base and cream to the creative base.

3. Continue whipping for 1 -2 minutes until well blended.

4. Put in moulds.

5. Place in fridge for 2 hours.
