method
1) Place duck in Mari Bag and add Major Oriental Mari Base. Seal.
2) Massage and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
3) Remove duck from bag and place fillets skin side up on a rack over a baking tray.
4) Prick all over with a fork.
5) Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven, 200°C, gas mark 6 for 30 minutes.
6) Heat oil in a wok, add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
7) Add the Major Oriental Mari Base and stir-fry for a further 1-2 minutes.
8) Place vegetables in the centre of a large plate.
9) Slice duck and place on top of the vegetables.
