Mexican Chicken and Rice Salad

Basmati Rice - Cook According To Packet Instructions

Green Pepper- Diced

method
1. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat. Season the chicken with the Major Fajita Mari Base(1) and then add to the frying pan. Cook for about 10 minutes until cooked through and slightly brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.

2. Add the sweetcorn to the same frying pan and cook over a high heat until it starts to char slightly, no more them 2 minutes. 

3. In a large bowl mix all of the remaining ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
