Broccoli- Small Florets

Red Bell Pepper- Deseeded and Thinly Sliced

Grated Carrot

Tomato- Deseeded and Sliced

Fusili Pasta

dressing
Olive Oil

Red Wine Vinegar

Dried Basil

To Taste
method
1. Cook pasta as directed in the packet. Refresh under cold water. Drain and set aside.

2. Blanch broccoli and peas. Refresh under cold water. Drain and set aside.

3. Mix all vegetables and pasta together.

4. Mix all dressing ingredients together and stir well.

5. Pour dressing over pasta, mix and toss.
