Piri Piri Smoked Sausage Salad
Using Major Piri Piri Mari Base

Peeled Potatoes- Diced

Olive Oil
25ml
White Wine Vinegar
13ml
Dijon Mustard
2.5g
Major Piri Piri Mari Base
25g
Parsley- Freshly Chopped
1g
Smoked Sausage- Sliced
120g
Red Onion- Diced
50g
Green Bell Pepper- Diced
50g
Cherry Tomatoes- Cut in half

method
1. Cook potatoes in a pan of water until tender.

2. Strain and place in a bowl.

3. Mix the olive oil, vinegar, mustard and Major Piri Piri Mari Base together.

4. Pour dressing over warm potatoes and toss gently. Leave to cool.

5. Mix sausage, onion, pepper and tomatoes together then fold into potatoes.
