Tortilla Chips- Coarsley Crushed

Mozzarella- Grated

Chopped Tomatoes in Juice

Coriander - Freshly Chopped

Major Piri Piri Mari Base

Tomatoes - chopped

Red Onion - Chopped

Lime - Grated Rind And Juice

method
1) Place sausages in a mari-bag and add Major Piri Piri Mari Base and seal.

2) Massage and place in refrigerator for a minimum of two hours.

3) Mix together all salsa ingredients and stir well.

4) Cook sausages on barbecue or in an oven until browned all over and cooked through.

5) Cut a slit down the length of each sausage, not cutting through.

6) Sprinkle sausage with tortilla chips, top with salsa and cheese.

7) Return sausages to barbecue or oven and cook until cheese melts.
