Mexican Bean & Smoked Sausage Soup

Canned Cannellini - Drained/Rinsed

Cornflower - MIxed With A Little Cold Water

method
1. Heat oil in a pan. Fry smoked sausage over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.

2. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

3. Add onions, garlic puree, carrots and potatoes to the pan. Cover and gently cook for about 10 minutes until vegetables have softened.

4. Pour water over Major Chciken Stock Base Powder and mix well.

5. Add stock base and Major Fajita Mari Base to the pan.

6. Bring to the boil.

7. Return sausage to pan plus add the beans, sweetcorn and green bell pepper.

8. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

9. Stir in the cornflour and simmer for a further 2 minutes.

10. Serve with sour cream and chopped chilli.
