Diced Tomatoes

Tomato Paste

Thinly Sliced Carrots

Baby Fennel Slices

Cooked Noodles

method
1. Whisk the Major Pan-Asian Vegetable Broth into boiling water.

2. Add tomatoes and tomato paste, whisk well.

3. Bring to the boil then lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Blend with a food processer until smooth. Return to heat.

5. Add carrots and fennel, simmer until cooked.

6. Place noodles in a bowl.

7. Pour broth over the top and serve.

Add a few pre-made filled wontons to broth if desired.
