1. Place cream cheese and Major Hickory and Applewood Liquid Seasoning in a bowl. Mix well.

2. Spread 58g of the cream cheese mixture onto each wrap.

3. Cover with the sliced ham and some rocket.

4. Starting from the edge roll up each wrap tightly in a piece of clingfilm.

5. Place in a refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
