1. Combine the chicken, spring onions, cabbage and carrots.
2. Place vinegar, oil, honey, garlic and ginger paste and Major Oriental Mari Base in a food processor. Blitz until blended.
3. Add coriander and process until chopped.
4. Pour over chicken mixture and toss to coat.
5. Place a large lettuce leaf on each tortilla. Top with 100g of chicken mixture and roll up tightly.
