Major Fajita Mari Base

Flour Tortillas
As Required
method
1. Heat oil in a hot wok or brat pan if large amount required.

2. Add carrots and onions, stir fry for 2 minutes.

3. Add peppers and courgettes, stir fry for a further 2 minutes.

4. Mix passata and Major Fajita Mari Base together and toss into vegetables to coat.

5. Warm tortillas according to packet instructions.

6. Fill tortillas with vegetable mix and serve with tomato salsa and sour cream.
