method
1. Place hoki fillets onto a greased baking tray.
2. Brush each fillet with 10g of Major Caribbean Jerk Mari Base.
3. Place crackers in a polythene bag. Crush until they turn into fine crumbs.
4. Stir olive oil into crumbs.
5. Top each hoki fillet with crumbs, pressing to adhere.
6. Bake in a pre-heated oven, 200°C for 8-10 minutes or until cooked.
