Major Honey, Lemon and Mustard Mari Base
method
1. Place crackers in a polythene bag. Crush until they turn into fine crumbs.
2. Place salmon onto a greased baking tray.
3. Combine mayonnaise, dijon mustard and Major Honey, Lemon and Mustard Mari Base together.
4. Spread a layer of the mayonnaise mixture on top of each fillet.
5. Top with cracker crumbs.
6. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven 200°C for 8-10 minutes or until just cooked.
