method
1. Cut the chicken breasts in half and marinate with Major Fajita Mari Base(1), leaving for 2 hours.

2. Cook on a griddle or in the oven until cooked.

3. Mix the mayonnaise with Major Fajita Mari Base(2).

4. Cut the rolls in half and spread 10g of fajita mayonnaise on each half.

5. Place a few rocket leaves on the bottom half followed by 30g of brie and 2 slices of tomato.

6. Place chicken on top and other half of roll on top of that.
