Mexican Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Mayonnaise

Bought Salsa - Mild

Major Fajita Mari Base

Grated Mozzarella And Cheddar Blend

method
1. Heat oil in a pan.

2. Sauté peppers until tender then drain and set aside until cold.

3. Spread 10 of the bread slices with mayonnaise.

4. Mix the salsa and Major Fajita Mari Base together.

5. Put a layer of peppers, salsa and cheese on top of each slice of bread.

6. Top with the remaining bread.

7. Butter the outside of each sandwich. 

8. Cook in a frying pan over medium heat. Toast sandwiches for 2-4 minutes on each side or until cheese has melted.
